PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip having rivets fitted thereto to preventing falling-off of paper when the clip holding the paper is opened.SOLUTION: A rivet is fitted to the inside of the pressing lower part 1 of a clip, and a hollow part is provided in a part in which the rivet of a pressing upper part 2 fits.
