PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peripheral fringe of a cushion body from being everted and to enlarge ratio of thickness of a cushion part to the whole thickness. SOLUTION: A cushion structure of a chair has a platelike core 1 in which the peripheral fringe becomes an inclined part 1a folded obliquely to the front side, a cushion body 2 formed in the front side face 1d of the core 1 and having a part 2a broaden to the end beyond the inclined part 1a and turning in the back side of the inclined part 1a, and a base 3 covering the core 1 and the part 2a broaden to the end.
