<p>Male part of hinge for front of spectacle frames comprises a knuckle with an anchor end for injection moulding in thermosetting plastic or thermoplastic spectacle frames. The anchor end becomes wider, in the direction away from the knuckle, by >=2 stepped projections of which the first, forming a sealing surface during injection, follows on from the knuckle after the reduction in lateral section with a parallel shoulder corresp. to the width of the knuckle, and the second is connected to the anchor end in the form of a lateral shoulder. The male part of the hinge can thus be retained in the moulding during injection, with complete sealing and perfect anchoring in the injection material.</p> |
