PURPOSE:To detect strain accurately only in one direction even when a measured body is strained in >=2 directions by composing strain gauges for measurement and dummy strain gauges one over another. CONSTITUTION:The strain gauge elements G1 and G2 and dummy strain gauges G3 and G4 are pasted to the pasting surface 9 between watertight base covers 5 and 6. Then, the base covers 5 and 6 after the strain gauge elements are pasted are superposed on each other and adhered together to form one base. The strain gauge elements G1 and G2 are adhered to the measured body whose strain is detected. Those strain gauge elements G1-G4 constitute a bridge circuit. |
