<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the natural movement of a picture by executing a movement correction and a movement inverse correction for the picture with a MUSE signal prior to a current MUSE signal for one frame as the center. CONSTITUTION:A variable delay circuit 14 to execute the movement correction in a direction opposite to the direction of a dynamic vector is provided between a noise reduction circuit 10 and an inter-frame interpolation circuit 17, and a variable delay circuit 15 to execute the movement inverse correction for a signal delayed for two frames, which is to be guided from a delay circuit to delay the signal for two frames to a moving amount detecting circuit 16, is provided. Further, a circuit 13 to delay the dynamic vector for one frame and an adder 23 to add the dynamic vector delayed for one frame and a current dynamic vector are provided, and a bariable delay circuit 12 to execute the movement correction with this dynamic vector for two frames is provided as a delay circuit to delay the signal for two frames. Thus, the MUSE signal prior to the current MUSE signal for one frame can be used as the picture signal of a moving picture, the Barycentric difference between a still picture and the picture can be reduced to 0.5 field, and the picture having the more natural movement can be obtained.</p> |
