PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in the operating tests of microcomputers mounted on plural printed boards by switching a line by connecting plural microcomputers with one terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:One of the plural microcomputers, for example, the microcomputer 200-1, is selected at a first selection circuit 500 by a control signal that is the output of the terminal equipment, and a test signal outputted from the terminal equipment is supplied on the microcomputer. Next, for example, the microcomputer 200-1 is selected at a second selection circuit 600, and a response signal is applied on the terminal equipment. Similarly, the plural microcomputers 200-2 to 200-n are selected sequentially by the control signal outputted from the terminal equipment, then, the test signal and the response signal are transferred among them. In such a way, it is possible to easily perform the operating tests of the microcomputers packaged on the plural printed boards with high efficiency by one terminal equipment. |
