PURPOSE:To clean the surface of an optical disk at need by providing an air filter and a nozzle at an air duct which guides as air flow generated at a wind mill by the rotation of a main shaft, and injecting a cleaned air flow on the optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The air flow generated at the wind mill 6 according to the rotation of the main shaft 3 is guided with the air duct 7. The air filter 8 is provided at the air suction port of the duct 7, which cleans up suction air, and the nozzle 9 is provided at an exhaust port is provided, from which the air is exhausted, and the nozzle 9 is fixed at a position where the air is injected on an objective lens 5a. By receiving the injection air of the nozzle 9 with the lens 5a, dust attached on the surface of the less, etc. can be blown off, thereby, the surface of the lens 5a can be cleaned up, which heightens reliability for an optical disk device for long period. |
