PURPOSE:To facilitate an operation and to decrease the burden of the patient's eye by providing >=1 channels to be inserted with operating implements in addition to a flow passage for a perfusion liquid. CONSTITUTION:The channels 10 for insertion to be inserted with a fiber for illumination, a fiber for optical treatments, microforceps, etc., are provided in the cannula 7 for perfusion. The fiber is first inserted from the channels for insertion of the cannula 7 for perfusion and is operated to move to a solidifying position. Coagulation is then executed by operating a laser device. A hand piece for illumination inserted from the wound separate from the cannula 7 is used for the illumination in the eye. The fiber for illumination is inserted from another channel 10 for insertion provided in the cannula 7 for perfusion. |
