PURPOSE:To save the load of a communication line equipment in a transaction processing center by operating service information requested to the transaction processing center by a user by using the media of a character broadcasting, and operating a communication between the home use terminal of the user and the transaction processing center only for the individual transaction information. CONSTITUTION:A transaction processing center 1 requests the character broadcasting of the service information common to each user to a broadcasting state 2, and waits a transaction request from a home user terminal 3 of the user. Then, when the transaction request is issued, the transaction processing center 1 checks the transaction content, and accepts it when the transaction is valid, and communicates the result of the transaction failure to the home use terminal 3 when the transaction is invalid. The home user terminal 3 of the user receives the character broadcasting in which the transaction is desired, checks the service information, and communicates the transaction request through a public communication line network 4 to the transaction processing center 1 when the transaction is valid. Afterwards, the home user terminal 3 waits the communication from the transaction processing center 1, and continues or ends the transaction. |
