PURPOSE:To improve reliability by arranging a gyroscope at the side surface of a shaking body, monitoring the level of the feedback signal from a feedback piezoelectric element with an oscillation monitoring means, and accurately judging the adequacy of operation. CONSTITUTION:Two driving piezoelectric elements 2 and 3 and a feedback piezoelectric element 4 are stuck to three side surfaces of a shaking body 1, and a piezoelectric transducer 5 is obtained. The elements 2 and 3 are connected to the output side of a driving circuit 6 through resistors R1 and R2. The element 4 is connected to the input side of the circuit 6. The connecting points between the elements 2 and 3 and the resistors R1 and R2 are connected to a detecting circuit 7. The element 4 is also connected to an amplitude monitoring means 14. When either of lead wires, which are connected to the elements 2 and 3, is broken, the piezoelectric transducer 5 is driven with only one driving piezoelectric element. Therefore, the driving force is reduced into one half, and the level of the feedback signal from the element 4 is decreased. At this time, the feedback signal is inputted into the monitoring means 14. Thus, the occurrence of abnormality can be judged quickly and accurately by detecting whether the level is within the specified range or not. |
