摘要 <p>A semiconductor integrated circuit device which can constantly give accurate delay time to signals regardless of fluctuations in operating temperature or voltage. The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises a first semiconductor circuit section (1) that requires accurate delay time to be given to signals; two second semiconductor sections (2-1 and 2-2), requiring no accuracy of delay time, which are placed on the front and rear ends of the circuit section (1); and a first power source (7) for driving the two second semiconductor circuit sections. The device further comprises a delay error correcting circuit, which includes a second variable power source (8) for driving the first semiconductor circuit section; a delay time monitor (3) formed integrally with the first circuit section (1) to detect the delay time of signals propagated through the circuit; a power supply control circuit (9) which controls the output voltage of the second power source (8) so that the propagation delay time in the first circuit section detected by the monitor circuit (3) can always become a reference delay time; and first and second level converting circuits which are respectively connected between the first semiconductor circuit section and the front and rear second semiconductor circuit sections to adjust the amplitude of logic signals to the voltages of the second and first power sources which respectively drive the first and second semiconductor circuit sections.</p>
