A radiotelephone set comprising a handset (3) which is provided with electric and/or electronic means that have supply terminals (23a, 23b) and a support (2) which can be placed or removably hooked up to said handset, whereby said support and said handset comprise reciprocal positioning means and reciprocal electric connection means. The support (2) comprises a housing (5) for a first non-rechargeable electric power source (6) and means for electrically connecting the first source to the electric connection means (19a,19b) of the support. The handset (3) comprises a housing 51) for a second non-rechargeable electric power source (22), and electric connection means (24) comprising switching means (26,27) which are connected to the connection means (20a,20b) of the handset and the second source (20) and the supply terminals (23a,23b) whereby said switching means, when in a first state, establish an electric connection between the connection means of the handset and the electric and/or electronic means (23) when the handset is coupled to the support and which, when in a second state, establish an electric connection between the second source and the electric and/or electronic connection means when the handset is decoupled from the support. Electric energy storage means (28) are connected to the supply terminals (23a,23b) of the electric and/or electronic means (23). |
