PURPOSE: A structure having floating material for fish-breeding in a form of outlining edge is provided to ensure a stable condition even when sea is under a strong tidal current and waves without loss of fixture elements under the sea. CONSTITUTION: The structure comprises floating materials(51,52); guiding roller(20,20a) for securing the floating materials(51,52); fixture devices(10,10a) for the floating materials(51,52); another rollers(20,20a) for free-pivot movement at central holes(20b) on pivot axes(10b,10c); and a supporting wire(30) secured to a control wire(40) through outer peripheral side of the roller(20a) to support the floating material(52). The control wire(40) is connected to the supporting wire(30) between the guiding roller(20) and another control roller(51a) for idle-rolling instantly below the reference floating material(51).
