PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete construction management method by an optical fiber by which the filled state of concrete can be confirmed visually. SOLUTION: The optical fiber 13 is installed in a structure 11 where concrete is placed, and a temperature analyzer 15 is provided for measuring the temperature of the optical fiber by observing back scattered light generated when carrying out the incidence of light from one end of the optical fiber. When the temperature of the optical fiber 13 is different from atmospheric temperature, it is determined that concrete is filled in the structure 11.
