PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for informing non-registration of destination floor call to inform a passenger getting on an elevator car when a destination floor call is not registered. SOLUTION: This device is formed by providing a human body detecting means 16 for detecting getting-on of a passenger inside the elevator car and a voice guide means 18 for informing the passenger inside the elevator car of voice guide information. When a passenger getting on the elevator car is detected, existence of registration of a destination floor call is determined, and in the case where a destination floor call is not registered, the voice guide means 18 informs that a destination floor call is not registered.
