<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and/or a method for detecting many analytes in a fluid sample by flow cytometry analysis, and analyzing and displaying data on a real time basis. <P>SOLUTION: This multi-analyte diagnostic system is used together with a computer 900. A flow analyzer 25 includes a substantially co-planar optical assembly having at least one light source and at least one optical detector, and is communicable with the computer. A memory medium which is readable by the computer and stores a command of the computer is provided, and the command includes processing of a certain biological sample using the flow analyzer and determining of presence and quantity of at least one analyte of interest of the biological sample substantially simultaneously to the processing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
