Provided are a fuel cell having an inner heater, which keeps the unit cell at high temperature by heating only a unit cell locally and maintains other parts except a unit cell at lower temperature than that of the unit cell, and a method for forming a unit cell. The fuel cell consists of unit cells(10) having an electrolyte layer(1) and electrode layers(2), wherein a heater(4) for heating the unit cell(10) is installed within the unit cell(10). The method for forming a unit cell(10) comprises the steps of: forming a first electrolytic sheet; printing a predetermined pattern on the first electrolyte sheet with a heater paste and drying the printed heater pattern; and coating the heater pattern-formed first electrolyte sheet with an electrolyte and drying the coated electrolyte. |
