PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system device for retrieving property information, with which required property information can be easily retrieved while considering the time spent in commuting/attending school desired by a user. SOLUTION: A server machine 2 is internally provided with a property information data base 7 for storing a plurality of property information in relation to the closest station of real estate property, station route retrieving server 8 capable of generating station list information concerning plural stations, which can be reached from any arbitrary starting point station within prescribed time, and CGI process means 9 for dispatching a relevant station name and time dispatched from a WWW server 6 to the station route retrieving server 8 when the input of the name of the destination station and the time required for operating a train is executed by the user, acquiring the station list information correspondently generated by the relevant station route retrieving server 8 on the other hand and acquiring a plurality of relevant property information from the property information data base 7. |
