PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a corner cover accessory having excellent working efficiency and production efficiency and capable of well finishing the corner cover accessory. SOLUTION: In this method, a base steel plate 23 is formed in an L-shape along the inner surface of an accessory formed body 21. A base steel plate-anchor assembly 22 formed by attaching anchor members 24, 25 to the base steel plate 23 is prepared. Next, a form 1 having an V-groove-shaped form surface 2a for forming a main surface and a form surface 2b for forming end surface bent and continuously extending from both ends of the form surface 2a inward is installed in the state of opening upward. A curable fluidized material 6 is placed to a predetermined level in the form 1. The base steel plate-anchor assembly 22 is pushed into the deposited curable fluidized material 6 from the upper side to fluidize the curable fluidized material 6 up to the form surfaces 2b at both ends in an L-shape in cross section between the form surface 2a of the form 1 and the base steel plate 23, and the base steel plate 23 is arranged. Then, the curable fluidized material 6 is cured. The formed body 21 of the curable fluidized material 6 hardened by curing is released from the form 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
