A fender integrally made of a rubber material, including a first bumper member of a cylindrical shape and a second bumper member of a hollow conical shape, the fender further including at least one of: (a) a step formed along an outer periphery of a connection portion between the members and (b) a projection formed along a buckling position of the second bumper member.
