The present invention relates to an air curtain type flame cutoff apparatus and an underground structure using the same, which are to rapidly and safely evacuate evacuees by cutting off smoke from a fire using an air curtain, thereby reducing life damage. The air curtain type flame cutoff apparatus comprises: a case (11) which has first and second suction ports (12, 13) opened toward the inlet and outlet of an underground structure; first and second shutters (14, 15) which open and close the first and second suction ports of the case; a fan (16) which is installed inside the case and sucks the air in the underground structure to be sent; a blowing nozzle (17) which is installed in the case and injects the air sent through the fan to the underground structure; and a controller which controls the opening and closing of first and second nozzles.
