An embodiment of the present invention relates to a device for preventing a cover of a water gauge box from being lost, wherein the device comprises: a fixing frame (120) inserted into a lower part of a flange unit (110) around an upper part of a water gauge box (100), thereby being fixed to be prevented from being separated; and a cover (130) contained in the upper part of a water gauge box (100). An elastic piece (122) is formed on the fixing frame (120), and a coupling groove (124) is formed on an inner side the elastic piece (122). A coupling projection (132) to be elastically coupled to the coupling groove (124) is formed on a side of the cover (130). Thus, the cover contained on a flange unit around the upper part of a water gauge box can be prevented from being lost, and the cover can be open by separating the coupling projection from the coupling groove when needed for reading or checking. |
