PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise aid that enables easy execution of an exercise for supporting a hip joint so that it can be more smoothly moved.SOLUTION: An exercise aid includes a main ball part that is formed in a spherical shape to provide a user with a seating face, and a protrusion that is protruded from a face, on the opposite side of the seating face, of the main ball part to support the main ball part in such a manner as to serve as a fulcrum of a uniaxial rotary motion of the main ball part moved by movement of the pelvis of the user sitting on the seating face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
