A method is described for performing power control by a first base station in a wireless communication system. A parameter value related with signal strength of a second base station is acquired. An upper power limit of the first base station is determined in consideration of the signal strength of the second base station. Signal transmission is performed in consideration of the upper power limit of the first base station. If a first condition(s) including that the parameter value is equal to or more than a first threshold value is satisfied, the upper power limit of the first base station is given as an intermediate value. If a second condition(s) including that the parameter value is less than the first threshold value is satisfied, the upper power limit of the first base station is given as a pre-determined value related with the transmit power of the first base station.

1. A method for performing power control by a first base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
acquiring, by the first base station, a parameter value related with signal strength of a second base station; determining, by the first base station, a transmit power of the first base station in consideration of the parameter value related with signal strength of the second base station; and performing, by the first base station, signal transmission in consideration of the transmit power, wherein when the parameter value is equal to or greater than a first threshold value, the transmit power of the first base station is given as an intermediate value among a first power value, a second power value, and a power control value proportional to the signal strength of the second base station, wherein the first power value is greater than the second power value, and wherein when the parameter value is less than the first threshold value, the transmit power of the first base station is given as a pre-determined value.
