PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid polymer fuel cell stack, which has no retention of water inside a gas flow path, and in which power is generated in stable manner without being affected by the stack positioning angle and vibrations, etc. SOLUTION: In a solid polymer fuel cell stack adopting a latent heat cooling system, multiple fuel gas flow paths 11 formed on one plate surface of each separator 5A are arranged almost in linear shape in the vertical direction. Configuration for making water available to the fuel gas flow paths 11 is comprised of a water manifold 17 which is set through each separator 5A, a water supply channel 18 which is branched off from the water manifold 17 and set horizontal to the surface, where a oxidant gas flow path 19 has been formed, and a communicating hole 14 which communicates the water supply channel 18 with the fuel gas flow path 11, and which is set horizontally to an inlet 15 of the fuel gas flow path, and placed above the uppermost part of the water manifold 17 in the vertical direction. |
