Scraper blades for the lower stationary and for the upper movable spreading roller of a dough spreader are interconnected through springs. The springs are attached to one end of two-armed levers which carry at the other end the scraper blades. The levers of the upper roller are hinged in the centre to the centre of two-armed levers which run with a roller on the axle of the upper roller.
