PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a equipment that can constantly control a speed and the positioning of a moving body by utilizing a rotation power generated by a vibration type driving mechanism and converting the rotation power into a linear movement of the vehicle notwithstanding the equipment has structural play and deformation. SOLUTION: The equipment has a vibration body, the vibration of which is a result of excitation caused by an electrical energy conversion into a mechanical energy, and a vibration type driving device 1 whose output axis is rotation-driven by making the contact body to contact to the vibration body rotate relatively by the above mentioned vibration. The equipment has a mobile body driving device that moves a moving unit 7 in a linear form through conversion mechanisms 5 and 6 that convert a rotation power of an output axis 3 of a vibration type driving device into a linear power, a revolution speed sensor 2 that connects to the axis 3 and generates a signal corresponding to the revolution speed, a position sensor 11 that moves with the moving unit 7 and generates a signal corresponding to the position of unit 7, a control unit 12 that controls the speed on the basis of the output of the speed sensor 2 and controls the position of the mobile body based upon the output of the position sensor. |
