PURPOSE:To perform accurate abnormality judgement of vehicle speed and also provide an automatic transmission controller which can simplify the constitution of a circuit. CONSTITUTION:Control of an automatic transmission is performed by an automatic transmission controller 11 based on information of vehicle speed detected by a pulse generator 18, and detection signals of rear wheel vehicle speed sensors 19, 110 are inputted in an anti-skid braking controller 12, and the vehicle speed information inputted by the pulse generator 18 from the automatic transmission controller 11 via a communication passage 17 is inputted in an anti-skid braking controller 12, and the vehicle speed information of the pulse generator 18 is compared with the vehicle speed information of the rear wheel vehicle speed sensors 19, 110, and thereby existence of abnormality of the pulse generator 18 is discriminated. Consequently, pressure of abnormality judgement of the vehicle speed in high accuracy can be performed, so as to simplify the constitution of a circuit. |
