The product is used in the tobacco industry. It makes efficient the use of the heat produced by the burning combustible element and eases the manufacturing process. The product includes a substrate of paper material which is longitudinally positioned to 1 to 10 mm from the combustible element, and a nonmetallic retention element which envelops and is in contact with the entire longitudinal peripheral part of the combustible element retaining it to the cigarette.
