<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and shorten work in a kitchen by narrowing down ordered dishes into ones which increase a rate of rotation or are high in gross profit. SOLUTION: When HT 1 receives an order, a controller 5 sends a cooking indication corresponding to the order to the kitchen PC 2. When cooking is completed, a kitchen PC 2 sends a cooking completion report to the controller 5. The controller 5 decides whether or not current cooking work in the kitchen is in the saturated state according to information regarding the order received from the HT 1 and the cooking completion report received from the kitchen PC 2; when the cooking work is in the saturated state, an order stop is displayed on a display 4 and an indication for starting the menu lock is sent to the HT 1 to lock the reception of orders of part of a menu.</p> |
