FIELD: sealing of building structures, more specifically sealing of joints of prefabricated elements of buildings. SUBSTANCE: described is material for sealing of building structures comprises butadiene-styrene thermoelastoplast, adhesive, filler, tixotropic additive and organic solvent. Filler includes chalk, alumina, talc, white zinc-containing pigment. Adhesive is paint and varnish petroleum polymeric resin, and organic solvent is toluene. Material further comprises rubber and chloroparaffin, ratios of components being as follows wt parts; butadiene-styrene thermoelastoplastic 100; tixotropic additive, 11-15; adhesive, 15-20; chalk 94-114; alumina, 44-114; talc 94-114; white zinc-containing pigment, 10- 20; toluene, 280-354; rubber, 100; chloroparaffin, 61-71. EFFECT: high air tightness, rapid hardening and ability of obtaining seams with light hues of the material.
