PURPOSE: Structure of a washing tub is provided to secure a sufficient space for combining the washing tub with a driving shaft and to compact the entire size. CONSTITUTION: A base center portion(54) is convexly formed in the center of a washing tub(50). A pulsator(52) is convexly formed from the base center portion(54) to a lower face(52d) of the washing tub. The pulsator(52) is integrally formed with the washing tub(50). An inner portion(52a) of the pulsator(52) is lower than the base center portion(54) to avoid an overlap with the base center portion(54). An outer portion(52c) of the pulsator(52) is extended up to the lower face(52d) of the washing tub not to be overlapped with a sidewall(52e) of the washing tub. A center portion(41b) of the pulsator(52) is more convex than an inner portion(52a) to form the strong stream when the washing tub(50) is rotated for washing. Thereby, the sufficient washing efficiency is secured and the entire size is compacted.
