PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a breather plug commonly for a transmission and a transfer in a breather device for ventilating the interior of the transmission and the transfer with the outside air. SOLUTION: A transaxle 4 and a transfer 5 are integrally connected, and shaft part 25a of a speed reduction drive gear 25 is spline-connected to a spline part 20 of a differential case 7. An intermediate shaft 26 is connected to a side gear 16, and passed through a shaft part 25a of the speed reduction drive gear 25 to be extended to the outside. An internal chamber A of the transaxle 4, an internal chamber B of the transfer 5, and a chamber C for storing a bearing 28 are demarcated by oil seals 22, 33, 34, 35, 36. The internal chamber B of the transfer 5 is ventilated with the chamber C by a pipe 37, further ventilated to the chamber 4 of the transaxle 4 through an oil path formed in a gap between the shaft part 25a of the speed reduction drive gear 25 and the intermediate shaft 26, and ventilated together with the chamber A to the outside air by a breather plug mounted on the transaxle 4.
