PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize defective operations of the outer blade frame of an electric shaver when the outer blade frame is floating. SOLUTION: An inner blade driven by a motor, an outer blade frame 19 with an arched outer blade 3 and an outer blade holder 17 to support the outer blade frame 19 are mounted on the top of the main body housing of this electric shaver. The outer blade frame 19 and the inner blade are both vertically movable with the outer blade holder 17 attached to the main body housing. The outer blade frame 19 consists of four-side frame parts 19c, 19d, 19a and 19b. The outer blade holder 17 consists of front, rear, left and right walls 17a, 17b, 17c and 17d, and U-shaped notches 23 are formed on the left and right walls 17c, 17d of the outer blade holder 17 opposite to the upper part of the left and right frames 19a, 19b among the four-side frames 19c, 19d, 19a and 19b. |
