ROAST PLATE MADE OF YELLOW SOIL AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A roast plate made of yellow soil is provided which can remove oil and smell remarkably, get the meat well done, and make the meat have taste harmonized with the yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: The roast plate(10) comprises a main body(11) which has a convex center and is inclined downward, a plurality of circular grooves(12) formed in the shape of concentric circles from the center to the outer conference for discharging oil, a plurality of straight grooves(13) intersecting the circular grooves(12) radially, a hole(14) for discharging the oil located at the outermost circular groove(12). The roast plate is produced by a process comprising the steps of: kneading 7-13 % of kaolin, 7-13 % of waste soil, 8-14 % of white soil, 7-13 % of polishing sand, 2-8 % of ash of pine tree, 51-57 % of the yellow soil; molding and drying; forming the grooves and the hole; roughly baking the roast plate at 700-800 °C for 28-32 hours.
