SOLUTION: A discharge nozzle 11 of the discharge device including the discharge nozzle 11 for discharging the discharge material from a nozzle hole 11a and a discharge material introducing section 13 for supplying the discharge material to the discharge nozzle 11 consists of a piezoelectric material and the outer peripheral surface of the discharge nozzle 11 is provided with an even number of >=4 pieces of drive electrodes 15 at prescribed intervals.
