<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of rationally accumulating gases such as methane gas, hydrogen gas and alcohol produced from anaerobic various organisms in order to effectively utilizing waste to be disposed such as sludge. <P>SOLUTION: The capsule type apparatus is used. The apparatus has a water temperature adjustment layer 7 on the outer periphery and the bottom surface. In the apparatus, the upper part layer or lower part layer has a mortar shape. The bottom face of the lower layer is provided with a mesh by which ceramic for adsorption does not flow out, an exhaust valve and a submersible pump 4 for stirring.
