ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT METHOD, ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND TERMINAL DEVICE WITH ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely select an access control management method most appropriate for an environment where a terminal device is located while preventing the cost of an entire system from increasing.

SOLUTION: An environmental information distributing means 2 transmits a policy ID for specifying an access policy adopted to the terminal device 100. An environmental information receiving means 12 informs an access policy adoption managing means 131 of the policy ID specified based on the information received from the environmental information distributing means 2. The access policy adoption managing means 131 specifies an matching access policy from an access policy storing region 114 for storing one or more access policies based on the informed policy ID and informs an access control managing means 112 in an OS 11 of information for specifying the access policy. The access control managing means 112 determines whether an access request for a object 113 of a subject 15 is permitted or not based on the specified access policy.
