PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel in which the influence of reflected light reflected on a mount member is reduced and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 2 has: a bayonet mount 1 for the bayonet mount coupling of an imaging apparatus 10; a projected part 1d provided on the bayonet mount 1 and extending in a direction intersecting with an optical axis I; and a reflecting direction adjustment part A provided on a mount end face 1a being the side face of the projected part 1d in the emitting direction of incident light for adjusting the advancing direction of the reflected light reflected on the bayonet mount 1, wherein the reflecting direction adjustment part A has a tapered shape T, and reflects the reflected light in a direction which separates from the center of the lens barrel 2 with the tapered shape T.
