<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and downsize a position adjustment apparatus for the optical positions of one optical element and another optical element, to allow the optical elements arranged in a high density and to accurately and easily operate the adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of position adjustment units 28 are respectively arranged on a fitting base plate so as to respectively correspond to the positions of other optical elements (specimen for example), wherein each of the units is provided with: an arm 30 which holds an optical element (optical fiber 24 with lens for example) on one side at the end part; an arm holder 32 which holds the arm linearly slidably in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the optical element and is rockable around a turning axis parallel to the optical axis; an adjustment bolt 34 which slides the arm by pushing or drawing the rear end part of the arm with respect to the arm holder; and a fixing screw 36 which fixes the arm and the arm holder by being screwed against the fitting base plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
