PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer using pocket fuel which can keep dish served in a buffet style warm without burning. SOLUTION: The warmer 1 for pocket fuel is constituted by a body 11 which has a fuel pan 11a for receiving the pocket fuel 2 and a trivet part 11b in the upper part of it on which a warming receptacle 3 can be placed and a heat conduction plate 12 which is arranged on the trivet part 11b of the body 11 in a detachable manner and is interposed between the pocket fuel 2 and the warming receptacle 3. The heat conduction plate 12 is provided with openings 10 in such a way that the outside of the range where the ratio d1/d2 of the diameter d1 of the central part of the heat conduction plate 2 to the diameter d2 of the pocket fuel 2 is 1.3 to 3.6, is open. The warming receptacle 3 is heated and warmed by radiation heat from the heat conduction plate 12 which is heated by the pocket fuel 2 and hot air which is heated by flames of the pocket fuel 2 and rises from the openings 10. The heat conduction plate 12 is made of a material which consists of one or several kinds selected from among iron, aluminum, stainless steel, graphite, and copper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
