PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable subjects to do a visual inspection in a far vision state they practically use a lot.SOLUTION: A visual inspection apparatus 1 includes: a display element 12 which is placed in a position at finite distance from the eyeball 8 of the subject of a visual inspection and shows targets to the eyeball 8; and a display optical system 11 which guides the light from the target shown by the display element 12 to the eyeball 8 and is structured so that the light can be guided as the light from an infinitely far end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
