PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the soundproof performance of soundproofing material utilizing a vacuum. SOLUTION: The soundproof thermal insulating material is constituted by providing a bottom 5 of a rigid airtight material 3 of a three-dimensional molding consisting of the lightweight airtight material 2 on one surface and of a rigid airtight material 3 on another surface with ribs 8, extending a bent piece 4 over the entire peripheral along the surface of the lightweight airtight material 2 to the marginal end of a rising surface 6 of the rigid airtight material 3 and evacuating the inside by hermetically joining the joint parts. |
