PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support device with which medical staff can browse a patient list without feeling stress, the operation method and operation program of the same, and a medical examination support system.SOLUTION: In a patient list 71, a first all-item-number display column 80A and a second all-item-number display column 80B are displayed. The first all-item-number display column 80A is configured by arranging a first block 87A that is as many as an all-item-number totalizing the number of the items of a display portion and a non-display portion. The second all-item-number display column 80B is configured by arranging a second block 87B that is as many as the number of information on all the patients totalizing the number of the items of patient information of the display portion and the non-display portion. Each of the blocks 87A and 87B corresponding to the display portion and each of the blocks 87A and 87B corresponding to the non-display portion are displayed in a distinguishable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
