PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information statistical system capable of reducing the processing load or the processing time of a control unit when an optimal solution is obtained, an information statistical method, and a computer program.SOLUTION: A parameter group including parameter values as the optimal value candidates of a coefficient C is sorted in a score order indicating suitability degrees to an optimal value (S12 and S23), each comparison parameter Pu is selected from the parameter group to be a target of comparison between a base parameter Pb and a base parameter Pb (S13 and S14), a parameter value within a range specified by comparison with the comparison parameter Pu with the base parameter Pb set as a reference is obtained as a new parameter Pi (S17), and after a series of processes for adding the new parameter Pi to the parameter group (S20 and S22) are repeatedly executed until satisfaction of an end condition, the parameter value of a highest score in the parameter group is specified as the optimal value of the coefficient C (S25).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
