PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably dispose a gyro-G sensor near a screw fastening part to suppress vibration because the gyro-G sensor has a large error when it detects the vibration during idling of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-board electronic control device includes: a substrate; a housing for storing the substrate; a fixing member for fixing the substrate to the housing; and a sensor implemented to the substrate to detect acceleration and angular speed of the vehicle. The substrate includes a guard conductor part for causing static electricity to flow into the ground at least one side thereof. The sensor is disposed in the vicinity of the fixing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
