PURPOSE: A heat insulating ready-mixed concrete composition is provided, to obtain the construction structure with good heat insulating property, durability and soundproofing property by recycling the industrial waste. CONSTITUTION: The heat insulating ready-mixed concrete composition comprises 90-97 wt% of the ready-mixed concrete; 1.5-5 wt% of waste tire powder(1); and 1.5-5 wt% of styrofoam powder(2). Preferably the waste tire powder has a particle size of 1 cm or less; and the styrofoam powder is a small sphere containing the independent pores.
