PURPOSE: To provide a microwave oscillation circuit capable of maintaining oscillation stability against fluctuation of load impedance. CONSTITUTION: In this microwave oscillation circuit provided with a stub 1 constituting a feedback circuit connected to the base terminal of a transistor 4 for oscillation, a stub 2 constituting an oscillation circuit connected to an output side and a dielectric resonator 3, a bias resistor 8 deciding a base voltage is arranged in the vicinity of the connection point of the stub 1 and the base terminal, and a resistance is determined to be high impedance when a voltage supplying side is seen from the base. A resistor 7 for base bias fine adjustment arranged in the vicinity of a layout 5 for power supply and the base bias resistor 8 are connected in a wiring pattern 9 that forms high impedance with respect to an oscillation frequency.
