CYLINDRICAL GRINDING STONE

PURPOSE: A cylindrical grinding stone is provided to grind or polish things having a wide surface to be ground, to offer excellent flexibility to things, and to use as leveling roll of a flat board also. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical grinding stone is composed of an elastic body(2) installed to the outer circumference of a rotary cylindrical member; a sheet-shaped supporter(3) reinforced with a metal line(4) to the outer circumference of the elastic body(2); plural pieces of grinding stone(6) installed to the outer circumference of the supporter(3); and a rubber sheet(5) installing the plural pieces of grinding stone on the surface. The rubber sheet is wrapped to the outer circumference of the supporter. Each grinding side and the direction of the axis of rotation of the cylindrical member forms a fixed angle. Thereby the cylindrical grinding stone is proper to grind or polish things having a wide surface to be grinded or polished.
