<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a formed article with its electrical conductivity regulated to a desired level, by orientation of the crude formed article at a heating temperature below the crystal melting point or glass transition point of the raw material thermoplastic resin followed by treatment on heating. CONSTITUTION:The objective electrically conductive resin formed article made up of thermoplastic resin and electrically conductive carbonaceous substance can be obtained by orientation of the crude formed article at a heating temperature below the crystal melting point of glass transition point of the raw material thermoplastic resin followed by treatment on heating. For said electrically conductive carbonaceous substance, either carbon black or graphite should be used. In case the heating temperature is higher than the crystal melting point or glass transition point of the thermoplastic resin, the nearer the former temperature is to the latter temperature, the lower the recovery of electrical conductivity becomes.</p> |
